Do I need a domain name?

You do not have to have a domain name. We suggest a domain name as it is much easier for your clients or site viewers to remember.

What is web hosting?

Web hosting is the server space that you rent to publish your web pages onto the internet.

Does hosting/domain registration come with your web design services?

We do add the domain registration fee into the cost of the web design packages. However, hosting fees are not include and are seperate.

Can I use one of the free web hosting services?

Free hosting is not recommened for business use. The servers we use have 99.9% uptime.  If you choose to use a free hosting service you will be responsible for uploading all files.

How much do you charge?

How long does it take you to create a site?

The time it takes to create a site varies depending on what type of site you need. Email us with more information about your site and we can give you a time estimate.

I live out-of-town / out-of-state. Can you work on my site long-distance?

Absolutely! There are many ways that we can communicate without having to be physically in the presence of eachother such as email, instant messenger, phone, etc. The process of designing your website is basically the same process as if I was to design your website in person.

Will you add flash design to my web site?

It is extremely important for a business web site to be accessible to all internet users. Because flash does not work properly in some browsers we will not use it for a business web site. In many cases animated graphics can be a comparable solution.
